Graal Resort - Bukovel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the mountains. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms had a nice mountain view and were clean and comfortable. I loved the attention to detail, like having a room for ski equipment storage. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lift and there were great bars and restaurants nearby.

Everything was great, no complaints at all.

Liked the hotel offered a cozy and clean room with a stunning view of the mountains that was perfect for welcoming the new year. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease throughout our stay. the hotel's strategic location was a key factor for us. It was close to the ski trails and other attractions such as the city center.

Disliked unfortunately, the breakfast options were limited to only a couple of dishes, which was quite disappointing. the noise protection was weak, and we were often disturbed by outside noise.

The hotel is conveniently located close to slopes and shops. The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. The rooms were kept very clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing.

Although the breakfast was tasty, there were only a few options available. It would have been nice if there were a few more options to choose from.

The hotel staff were welcoming and polite, greeting me upon arrival. the room I stayed in was cozy, with a stunning view of the mountains. the facilities were excellent, especially the well-maintained pool area. Despite some limited options, the breakfast served was tasty and filling.

The smell from outside was quite unpleasant at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They provided great advice on local attractions and even helped me arrange taxis. Secondly, the hotel's location was perfect. It was just a short walk away from the slopes and shops, but tucked away enough to offer a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling activity. Lastly, the rooms had a lovely mountain view and were equipped with all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
